East Meadow Beth-El Jewish Center came into existence in 2020 after East Meadow Jewish Center (founded in 1953) consolidated with Temple Beth-El (founded in 1956). With each synagogue having more than 60 years of history it was a natural partnership since both synagogues shared very similar spiritual, educational and social values.
Our Congregation is a multi-generational home-away-from home for our members. We are proud of our traditional Jewish values.
We are a Traditional Conservative synagogue (contact us here if you have questions!) providing daily religious practice opportunities, and exciting social and educational programming for all ages. While we are traditional, we embrace every Jew, and focus on helping all individuals and families strengthen their Jewish identity and sense of belonging
Our members enjoy participating in religious services, educational programs and opportunities to interact with the larger community.
